Change request Form on V3 for Correction in Master Data
“Change Request Form” issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs through General Circular No. 02/2024 on 19th February 2024.
This web-based form on V3 of MCA21 Portal for correction in Master Data. Along with the compliances of direction of Court/Tribunal which are not possible with existing services on MCA 21. This is request form shall be processed in Non-STP mode.
Purpose
Purpose of Change Request Form is requesting ROC (Registrar of Companies) for:
- Changes/ Corrections which cannot be done on MCA 21 by using Forms, Returns, Services
- Correction in Master Data
- Compliances of direction of Court/ Tribunal which does not possible by using Forms, Services on MCA 21.
Steps of filing form on MCA portal
- Access MCA 21 Homepage
- Login to MCA 21 portal on V3 with credentials
- Select MCA services
- Select Company E-filing
- Select Approval services (Registrar of Companies)
- Access Change Request Form
- Enter Company/ LLP information
- Fill up application form
- Save and Submit application Form
- After affixing DSC on form upload same on MCA 21portal
- Acknowledgement is generated
Process
- Form to be filed on MCA 21 Portal
- ROC process this form within 3 days after filing on mca21 portal
- After processing this form, it shall be forwarded to Joint-Director
- Joint-Director shall decide the matter within 7 days.
