Payment:

Annual updation of IEC during period of April to June every year. Fees applicable for same IEC annual updation is Nil.

If not update detail every year on IEC in stipulated time, it will be de-activated.

Process:

  1. Login to official website (https://www.dgft.gov.in/CP/)
  2. Click on Registration Details.
  3. On Registration Details page under Import Export Code (IEC) you will get Update IEC Registration form link and update IEC
  4. Complete all the fields on form and submit it.

If there is no change in details, updation is still necessary every year.  

Following type of updation/ modification need to do every year between April to June.

  1. Change in Registered Address of Individual/Company
  2. Change in Mobile no. and email id
  3. Change in Bank details
  4. Change in Partner/Director
